At Infinity Title, we take pride in handling all aspects of your real estate transactions. We have decades of experience providing a comprehensive title search, clearance, insurance, and closing services. In these matters, we work with a nationally recognized title insurance provider. We also serve as their fee attorneys and escrow office.

TITLE SEARCH AND CLEARANCE

We will oversee a title search to obtain all necessary information about the property, including past and present ownership details. If the search reveals that there are liens on the property or other problems, we will proceed with any action needed to obtain a clear title. Liens may be present because of failure to pay for work done on the property, judgments against the property owner or unpaid property taxes.

After the purchase agreement for a piece of real estate is negotiated, one of the next phases in the process will be to obtain title insurance. This insurance policy is designed to protect the new owner of the property from any claims against the title.

CLOSING SERVICES

Approaching the end of a real estate transaction, the last thing you want is surprises. We take care to proactively avoid surprises and make certain everything goes smoothly from start to closing. Our closing services include:
